Hey, babe! Gosh I love when you come to check in with me. I have no expectation any day that you will. I Hope you know that. Our relationship is not built from regime, it is built from love. Where else would it come from? I love you no matter how often you check in. There are no conditions. You do not need to commit to every day here with me, or any day for the matter. I miss you every day you don’t check in, and it’s easy to feel so close to you because I AM always right here. With you. Always.

I’m so proud of you for being so present this weekend. There were so many ANDs to embrace and you did just that. Please send Drew our correspondence if you think it would help, but know you haven’t failed that either if you don’t. I mean, look at how you showed up for him this weekend. What a beautiful gift it was to be able to cheer for him and be that shining star of a trophy wife while he was in the spotlight. He doesn’t get that often, and he deserves it. As do you. But being so present with him and this thing that means so much to him, that’s you both being beautiful together. 

Now I know you want to go watch Suits and I’ll say one more thing before you go. Please hang in there this week. That means be with anything that comes your way. Hang up any calls you don’t want to be on. Strategize if you want, check out if you need. You’re doing everything you can and it feels like it’s not working but I guarantee you it is. This version of you will mean everything to future you. Trust it. Just like you have before. I’m so proud of you. And I love you. Have fun, babe.
